Information we collect
When you submit an enquiry, we collect your first name, email address, postal area, selected concern and any information you choose to include. A phone number and additional notes are optional. We do not need your full street address, financial information or identification documents for this initial enquiry.
We also record when the request was submitted and the version of the enquiry consent you accepted. Website and email service providers may process limited technical information, such as IP addresses, browser information and delivery records, to operate and protect their services.
If you arrive through an advertisement, your submission may include the campaign, ad group, ad, keyword or click identifiers supplied with the landing page address. These help us understand which advertising leads to enquiries. We do not intentionally collect your original search-query text with the form.
How we use the information
We use enquiry information to review your request, check service availability, communicate about your project and arrange an appropriate next step where available. If you provide a phone number, we may also contact you by phone about that enquiry.
We use limited technical and submission records to protect the form against abuse, resolve delivery problems and maintain evidence of the consent given. We use advertising identifiers to assess the source of enquiries.
Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to promotional emails or text messages. We do not use this form to build a list for unrelated marketing.
Service providers and disclosure
Hosting, form-processing, security and email providers may process information on our behalf to deliver these functions. Access should be limited to what is needed for the service. Depending on the provider, information may be processed outside your province or Canada and may be subject to the laws of that location.
We do not sell enquiry details or distribute them to a network of independent contractors through this form. If a proposed project requires sharing your details with a separate service provider for a new purpose, we will explain that purpose and seek appropriate consent before doing so. We may also disclose information where required or permitted by applicable law.
Retention
For enquiries that do not become an active project, we retain the enquiry for up to 90 days after the last substantive contact, unless a longer period is required to handle an unresolved request or legal obligation. If an enquiry becomes a customer project, we will explain any additional records and retention requirements associated with that service.
Restricted technical logs are retained for up to 30 days. Deleted information may remain in protected backup cycles for up to a further 30 days before expiry. Access, withdrawal and correction requests are handled with any applicable legal obligations in mind.
Cookies and advertising technology
This version of the website does not use advertising cookies, remarketing pixels or third-party behavioural analytics. Advertising identifiers can arrive in the page address and be included with a submitted enquiry without using those technologies. Essential security functionality may process technical information needed to operate the site.
If we later introduce optional tracking, we will update the relevant disclosures and provide the choices required for its use. Sending this enquiry is not consent to future tracking or promotional marketing.
Your choices
You can choose not to submit the form, leave optional fields blank, or contact us directly by email. You can ask to access or correct your personal information, ask about our practices, or withdraw consent for further enquiry contact by writing to [email protected].
We may need reasonable information to verify that a request relates to you. Please do not send identification documents unless an appropriate and secure verification method has been agreed. Withdrawal may limit our ability to continue handling the enquiry, and some records may need to be retained for legal reasons.
Safeguards
We use safeguards appropriate to the information handled, including HTTPS for form submission and restricted access to enquiry records. Email is not suitable for sending sensitive documents or payment information. No website or communication system can guarantee complete security.
